Heartland Habitat for Humanity offers corporations and organizations multiple opportunities to support Habitat’s homeownership program through contributions of financial and volunteer resources.  Home sponsorships provide Habitat with resources to build homes in partnership with families and the community. These homes make a tangible and permanent difference in each family’s life. Sponsors participate on a variety of financial levels.  

As a home sponsor, your group will:

-Meet the Habitat family who will be moving into the home you're sponsoring
-Participate in the groundbreaking ceremony
-Raise the first wall of the home
-Help build the home, working side-by-side with the family
-Celebrate with the family as they are handed the keys to their new home during their home blessing ceremony

As an ecumenical Christian housing ministry, Habitat for Humanity is a great fit with Thrivent Financial’s mission as a faith-based membership organization. For more than 14 years, Thrivent Financial has joined Habitat in its dream to change lives by building affordable homes with families in need of decent housing. Together, Habitat and Thrivent Financial have built more than 500 homes during the successful relationship.

Gentry Design Studio strives to provide outstanding design and service with integrity, from the first meeting with a client through the end of a project.  Gentry Design Studio believes that each member of the project team—client, architect, drafter, contractor, subcontractor—is necessary to the success of the completed project.  
Gentry Design Studio’s goals include giving something of value back to the community.  We are providing plans for the Kansas City, Kansas Habitat for Humanity Houses and participating in constructing the houses.  We are members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City and of the American Institute of Architects.
